Can I bring my own alcohol? 

Absolutely!  We welcome BYOB for all guests 21+ of age with a $10 NYS cork fee per party (Seltzer, beer, and wine ONLY).

 

Can I bring food?

We don't allow outside food in our public workshops. 

 

Can I host a private event at CAMP? 

We love all celebrations! Our unique experience is perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s for a birthday, bachelorette, or corporate team event, we got you covered. Contact us to speak in further detail regarding all your desired needs and package details. 

 

Are reservations required or do you accept walk ins? 

Walk ins are welcomed however we highly recommend to book in advance due to our limited seating available. Follow link on our site to RSVP your desired scheduled date and time. PLEASE NOTE all bookings are scheduled per person. For groups larger than 4 pp + please call our shop during open hours to be assisted directly. 

 

What if someone in my party doesn’t want to pour a candle? 

Contact us to speak in further detail regarding all your desired needs.   

Our candle pouring reservations are for one seat. You're more than welcome to share the pouring process with a partner, but please note they may not have a seat if the pouring is full! In order to experience CAMP Candle Bar in the best way possible, we recommend reserving a seat for each guest attending.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final for our DIY workshops and all retail items. Please contact us if you have any further question and/or comments via email at hello@campcandlebar.com

 

How can I change my reservation? 

If you need adjusting an upcoming booking, please contact us to be assisted further. However, keep note of our cancelation policy to make sure you are within the window of time permitted.  

Can I mix fragrances or bring my own jar? 

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside vessels to be utilized for our workshops as all our fragrances and jars have to be tested for safety. However, don’t you worry we have a vast selection of items available to be able to choose from that will be a perfect match just for you! 

Can I bring my own candle "toppers"? 

To give the best experience and stay with in our brand standards at CAMP Candle bar, only items provided in our workshop by staff will be permitted, No foreign items brought in by a guest may be utilized and may be asked to be removed from our premises prior to your workshop beginning. We ask you to please be respectful to all other guests, staff and the time you have reserved prior. Any delay in your workshop start time will result in a shortened over all experience. 

Can I take my candle home with me after pouring? 

Our candles require minimum of 2 hours to cure after pouring. You can pick up at a later time of day during our open business hours or we can ship your candle to you for an additional fee (US only). 

 

How long can you hold my candle until I can pick it up? 

Please pick up your completed candle within 5 days of your appointment. Any products left behind after 30 days will be donated to a local charity. If you cannot pick up your candle within this window of time permitted, please contact us to arrange a shipping method that works best (additional fees apply).
