•  Each class takes about 45 mins to complete. Once finished your candles will be ready for pickup 3 hours after pouring or can be shipped to you directly.

• Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before your class in order to create an amazing experience for all scheduled guests.

​

• If running a few minutes late (10 mins +), please let us know as late guests may be denied entrance into class and/or your spot could be given away to another guest on our wait list.

​

•  All no-shows  and/or cancelations made within a week or less  prior to your appointment will be non-refundable

​

• To give the best experience and stay with in our brand standards at CAMP Candle bar, only items provided in our workshop by staff will be permitted, No foreign items brought in by a guest may be utilized and may be asked to be removed from our premises prior to your workshop beginning. We ask you to please be respectful to all other guests, staff and the time you have reserved prior. Any delay in your workshop start time will result in a shortened over all experience.

• Because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 8 years and older to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver. Additionally, children under 8 are not permitted in the workshop space. Safety first!
